• Fees
  
  The Fee will vary according to the nature of the assignment or the project. Our rates are commensurate with market standards.
  
  
• Advertising and Associated Costs
  
  Advertising is charged at normal media rates. All costs are pre-agreed prior to their being incurred.
  
  Telephone and courier costs are reimbursable where these are the principal means of locating and attracting candidates.
  
  
• Expenses
  
  The cost of travel, subsistence and accommodation necessarily incurred by the consultancy in meeting with candidates, and the candidates' costs in attending interviews, are all reimbursable items.
  
  Also, in some cases, there will be entertainment costs where very senior search candidates are involved.
