Kimberley-ESI's service is based on professionalism and trust. We seek to protect the interests of all concerned during and after the recruitment process. The philosophy is keyed around :

• Kimberley-ESI acts only for corporate clients, institutions and government agencies and not for individual executives seeking appointments.
  
  
• Information about clients and candidates is kept strictly confidential.
  
  
• Kimberley-ESI would not search in a company or its subsidiaries where we have a client relationship nor approach executives previously placed by Kimberley-ESI.
  
  
• Assignments are conducted by the Kimberley-ESI consultant who took the initial assignment brief (except for overseas recruitment).
  
  
• All assignments are conducted in an open manner with an ongoing documented exchange of information between the client and Kimberley-ESI.
